Making a difference in 2017

I am a 43 year old mother of 3. I have recently been in some family photos and I don't even recognize myself. I can't do much about the wrinkles that are forming, but it is time to get back to a body I can stand to look at in the mirror. Hoping this community can help keep me motivated.
