I am about 2 weeks away from finishing the C25K workout. Has anyone done the bridge to 10k? If so can you tell me how it was and if we can now run a 10k? I just signed up for a 10k in October ...
Thanks!

I've recently started training for 10k, it's very strange, I've found it's not nearly as difficult as the 5k training, which at times I just wanted to give up. I think by the time you can run 3 miles, you get into the swing of things a little, get used to how you run, and then it's just about running for a little bit longer.

I'm running the 10k race for life next weekend in London, I haven't done nearly enough training for it yet, but i'll see how it goes!
If I can't run the full 10k, then i'll just run 5k, have a break and then run another 5k.
I'm sure once you've run the full 5k, you'll be just fine in running the 10k,

Btw congrats on loosing 24lbs, thats great :D

Yup. I did it and ran my first 10k this past May. It went really good! Ended up running the whole thing!!! You can do it... just keep moving! If you have to walk some, you won't be the only one. There were several people at mine who stopped to walk a bit now and then. I think they did it on purpose!!!
