Hello
My name is Chris Swales, I'm a Stonemason from Skipton North Yorkshire. I suffer from fibromyalgia and in recent months I've started to gain weight due to being in so much pain. A friend told me about the Blood sugar diet and it got me thinking, so I'm giving it a go! I have a physical job with running my business so that keeps me active, plus I like going walking when I'm able with my wife and two young children.
