Hi guys, im from a weight loss journey my starting weigth is from 100kilos to 65 kilos. Many said to me friends, family and others that i was too much skinny now and they also said that it was not good to look and i agree with their opinions about me i never thought that i already lose weight rapidly and so much but my main goal at first is to hit a normal weight. And im talking to myself that i need to gain some 2-3 kilos with no rush. Any suggestions that i could do to gain some weight healthier. And other corrections about my thoughts above? Thanks no bad comments please any opinions is accepted if it is on the points. Thanks again

Add 250 calories over your TDEE a day.
Look to add in some foods that are more calorie dense, nut butters, salad dressings etc. Are you planning on doing any lifting as you gain?1 -

You don't need a gym or equipment. Just if you are wanting to look healthy as you gain the few kilos adding in some strength training will help you.

Yes just at home, i can do just light lifting and other exercises that can develop muscle in a bit of time cos im too busy for an hour at gym
Progressive overload is what is required to gain muscle. And it will be a lot hard to achieve that without a good amount of weight. So if you don't have enough weight, you will have to add more sets or reps. At a point, its going to be tough. If you want to try and use a body weight program, or a mixture, the below is a good starting point.
