Nearly at goal weight

I am 3 lbs off my original goal weight and look fine in clothes, but am so saggy without them. The post baby tummy (and my youngest is nearly 4, so it's not a recent thing) is looking worse than ever. I do a lot of abdominal exercise as I do boot camp and legs bums and tums classes as well as a lot of running, some rowing, some cycling and some shredding, but it's just got worse the more weight I have lost. It's like wrinkly old lady skin now. And my waist is still bigger than I would like. It's as if my body can't lose the space the babies were in.

Any ideas/advice?

It's a good exercise that may help.. but it's not always good to create false hope when saying something "will help" just saying. There's a big difference in tummy fat between guys and girls sadly..

But yes.. i still believe that those kind of exercises and other similar ones are your best bet. (No experience here).

Skin will take a lot of time to shrink back into it's normal form sadly..

There not such a thing as false hope until you try it,,,,, and most of women they try it for a week and then quit. It needs hard work and hope will never die until you tried your best. ........

    I think you look awesome!!

I think for most people, having babies does change the body permanently in some way, and age plays a part. I have a bit of wrinkly skin on my lower tummy that will never go, and my thighs will never be as toned as i want them to be, because they got too big in the past. You work as hard as you can, but then theres also got to come a level of acceptance for things like that.
You look fantastic, youre slim, youre fit, youre pretty, youre intelligent, and youve pretty much acheived what you set out to do nearly. You should be super proud of yourself.
I hope those last 3lbs are what you expected xxx

I should add, I have never been overweight, my skin isn't stretched from that, it's from having a 9.5lb, back to back baby, 6 years ago!

I don't have any advice because I'm no where near goal, but congratulations on reaching goal. :)

The only advice I can offer is to lift weights, if you don't already - and to go heavy.

I've been dong ChaLean Extreme for the last 9 weeks, and I truly believe that it has helped shrink my waist by 3 inches (so far)
Yes, there was fat there before and I have lost 9 lbs of weight during these weeks - but I don't do a mega amount of cardio exercise. I burn on average 500-550 calories on the days I work out (usually 4-5 times a week) - so believe the weight training is effective.
