I've been successful losing weight doing Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds. I have two artificial knees. I am looking to mix it up now and I am riding a recumbent bike and tried hula hoop <-- hurts knees, what else can i try?

Try speaking with a physio. They will be able to give you exercises safe for your specific prosthetics.0

I've had 2 partial knee replacements. One just 2 1/2 months ago. I feel you. Lol. I use my treadmill mostly for now, but for xmas I received a bike/ elliptical combo and get on that now and then. For me right now it irritates my knees but I know once I'm healed it will be beneficial. I have done both in PT. I also like to swim. No pressure on joints. When it warms up I'm looking into water aerobics. Also I use memory foam tennis shoes (sketchers go walk) which help with my knees. Currently I'm looking into Pilates or yoga which should help with strength/ toning as squats you can forget it for now.0
