Trying Pescatarian

I have cut out pork, dairy, bread (due to sinuses), basically all red and white meat. I need to lose at least 20 according to my doc, but I want to do it the natural way by changing my lifestyle eating. I have also started an excercise plan at the gym 3-4 times/week. I plan on including stretching before going to the gym.Are there any more of you out there?

I used to be Pescatarian--healthiest I've ever felt, did it for two years. Something that helped me a lot was to eat a lot of Salmon and also try to eat cleaner versions of food. Like, for example, instead of eating regular bread, Id eat Ezekiel bread, which doesn't have yeast and is made out of oats instead of wheat. It's really good and a lot more filling than regular bread1
