Wow, OP, a lot of misinformation being thrown out here that I definitely don't have time to correct, but I'm sure one of MFP's knowledgeable regulars will be around shortly. For now- you've done a great job! 2 lbs in 3 weeks is just fine & sustainable. It could even be higher than that, with water retention from your increased activity masking it. The scale is not a reliable indicator of short-term progress, just long-term. Relax & be patient.0
