    I am back again because I found it really helpful the last time. I realize now that I'm an emotional eater (plus, I'm a foodie) and I don't drink nearly enough water. This is a great way to keep you honest and track your progress. Don't stop logging!! Even if you don't finish the log for the day, log something. Come on every day and if you fail one day, the next day is a new day to start with fresh motivation. :) Welcome to the beginning of your life change!

    Also new to the program. Hope keeping track of meals and exercise will encourage me to lose the 50 pounds I need to lose. Good luck with your weight loss.
