Too Much Sugar?

Every day I seem to go over my sugar limit, but there are no processed sugar as I maintain a clean diary, only fruits and vegetables are my source of sugar. Is this okay? Because MFP seems to be telling me to eat less fruits and veggies!

The default settings are really low. If you dont have a problem with sweet cravings, then ignore it - track something else instead!0

I wouldnt worry too much if your sugars are from natural products like fruit and veggies.0

MMM...It could from:
Cereal you eat...(may say it's healthy but not with sugar)
Shakes you drink (sugar hidden)
Flavored yougurts (sugar hidden)
Meal replacement bars (especially choclate or strawberry)
I will inbox you as well =-)0 -
Mine is always way over. I try to focus more on the "added" sugar instead of what's naturally found in foods. Even then, I still consume more than I should but I know my food diary is never going to be "perfect" but watching it still keeps me more aware. I'm sure my sugar count is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy lower than it used to be. :-) Good luck with your journey!0
