Small triumphs make me happy!

I had a few small triumphs this week that motivated me to step it up. I had to travel for work and for the first time in a long time I was able to put on the airplane seatbealt easily and actually pull it tight because of the slack. A small thing I know but an indicator of progress for me. I have been at this for 5 weeks now and have lost 16 pounds, 2 pant sizes and one shirt size. I still have a long way to go but I am very glad to see the weight coming off and I am feeling much better.
I am actually starting to enjoy my excercise now!
