Logged ahead of the day other than things that I may add a second serving of or veggie fillers and adds to keep me from waking up hungry in the middle of the night.

Coming up on two years this month, and pre-logging has been my savior.

Yep, pre-logging is something I still do regularly and I'm several years into maintenance :) Just logged my lunch (first meal of the day) and now figuring out supper since we'll be going out to dinner to celebrate tonight.

It means that I have one less thing to worry about after work. ;) And if I'm going to be late, my fiance knows what meal we're supposed to have and he can start prep.

I have been logging since Sept 2016 so I am relatively a newbie, but from past history I have learned that if I don't log I slowly add up the calories until I'm overweight again and then I keep on going. This time my mind is set I will log for the rest of my life. Though my mom never logged as a child growing up she always knew what she would prepare for our meals ahead of time as she was on a strict budget. Back then we didn't have all the weight problems. They came into play once we didn't eat regular and would grab food here or there. So I'm sticking to logging.
