New year and I let things go a little. Back up to 84 KGs, BMI over 27 now.

I have only one aim:
Lose 1 KG by 10th January. That's it.

I can upscale after that. I can dream of abs and a new Hugo Boss suit at a later stage. Right here, right now, I want a 1 KG drop in the next 7 days. I know that there's a danger of aiming too low as much as aiming too high, but this is it. I had a bar of chocolate today and didn't feel good afterwards. But I know exactly how much it will set me back.

1KG is 2.2 lbs. That might be aiming a bit high given you don't have a lot to lose. See what happens.

I was actually thinking it was too low, but will see how it goes.

I think it is a great goal. Maybe after a while you will have to lower that goal.
And you can absolutely have a bar of chocolate if it fits your calories.
    Good luck!

I always feel great after chocolate o:)

As long as it fits your calories there is nothing wrong with eating a little of what you fancy. Just don't live on it.

I think that's a great goal too - one step at a time. I think I will try setting smaller goals for myself! Good luck

Thanks guys. I've done a dummy run on my days without alcohol, junk food & sweets and my calorie intake is incredibly low without them, less than a thousand calories. Today will be my first day without any rubbish food in about six months.
