Looking for friends for mutual encouragement!

Hey guys, just starting back on MFP properly after trying it out before briefly but getting nowhere! I've added a few friends and its great to have the encouragement on statuses and notifications about exercise and losses, and the motivation of seeing what others have achieved! It would be great if people wanted to add me. I'm 21 years old from the UK and i'd like to lose around 30+ pounds. Accidentally had a subway today though.. oops.
If anyone has any tips on how to get started, or more information about what kind of foods I should be eating to lose, let me know.

Well it took up 800 calories of my day so wasn't really the healthy choices I was planning on making! Nothing is wrong with it as a treat but i've only just started!0

A 6 inch Subway Club sandwich is only 310 calories if you skip the condiments which it really doesn't need. Green bell pepper, onion and just a few olives. Yum!0
