Currently, my health status is poor. I am not physically active and eat unclean. My energy is low, I do not drink enough water. I do not feel healthy, I feel heavy and bloated.
My goal is to exercise daily, and prepare meals in advance.
I need to focus on time management, and remain motivated.

That is a good general plan.
Might want to hone in on a few specifics about target calories (instead of 'eating clean')
Good luck.

Yes start making small changes, stay focused keep with it, log all food and drink accurately, start with walking and increase that day by day. Best to start with putting your stats in MFP so that you can see where you should be in relation to your stats and what calorie allowance you are given. Get some mutuallysuortivrvfriends and motivators on MFP. Very good luck you can do this .0

If you like visual goals try making an inspiration board. Write your goals out and put it somewhere you see daily - office, bedroom, kitchen etc. - it can help keep you motivated and remind you to take the time to exercise.1

Good for you!! Not sure if this will help you but I use an app called Food Planner to plan my meals out, you could also just use a note book, but I normally always have my phone handy when something comes up like a craving. Sometimes I even have 2 weeks ahead planned out based on little cravings I get on the go. It might help with the meal prepping a bit!!0

how do you define "unclean" eating?0

The best motivation is seeing (and feeling) the changes and the transition into a healthy lifestyle.0

You mentioned managing your time. That is something that I struggle with too. To combat not having time during the week I do a lot of meal prep in the weekends.
Prepping on the weekends has help free up time both in the mornings making lunches to take to work and the evenings. Now I just grab whatever Tupperware I had prepared on Sunday and am ready to go.
It also helps me keep my eating on track and am less tempted to hit up the vending machines or eat out.
Good luck!0
