Time to feel good again after baby!

Hi All,

My names Jess and I have been putting off getting my life back after having my daughter. She's almost 2, and I've spent these past years just talking and talking and talking about changing my habits. For me, I'm honestly not what most people would consider overweight, but I am certainly not healthy. I eat food that is terrible for me and rarely work out, and know I could FEEL better and be a better parent if I start actually taking better care of myself.

Anyway, would love to meet some friends on here to keep me motivated and share stories with.

    Hi. Set small goals to start with n u will feel awesome wen hit them.
    U have done the first n hardest step by decided to do this now enjoy ur fitness journey going be hard but worth it
