Hi i'm new on here. I'm 32 and 5'3 with a whopping 180lbs on me haha. But it's pretty evenly distributed. I know every trick in the book to getting thin and toned- it's just a matter of applying it.
Would like to talk to people with a similar body type as we challenge each other to get to our goal weights. For me, being 5'3,it's 118-125 at most. I walk and jog on the treadmill and lift a 15 lb weight a few times a week, and I'm good at calorie restriction. Looking for those who are similar so I can relate.
Higher BMW but really determined to get to your goal weight because of suffering from "not feeling like yourself". I can message or text about progress.

Hi! I'm 5'9" and 180lbs. I still look pretty shapely and trim but not like I want. I've been as low as 148 lbs in my adult life when I walked and rode my bike everywhere because I didn't have a car. I'm up at 180 which isn't my heaviest but I don't feel elegant. I am good at getting enough cardio. Just getting into interval training and weights, which makes everything so much firmer! I'm ok with diet, but that's really what needs changing. I get a little into the wine and then end up eating again late at night. I eat healthy. Just too much. Love to connect. I'd like to be about 135 lbs. happy to connect.

Exactly. I do a mirror check when I'm all dressed and think - ya! I can drink 3 glasses of wine and eat some cheese. But then I look at the scale and it's crept up.
