I'm from Winnipeg Canada, 26yrs old. Last time I made a solid effort to lose I got down twenty pounds and kept it off. It's time to do that again. The more fit friends who are real committed fun people I have on here the more I'll stick to this app. Vegetarian, feminist (not femnatzi let's be real), alt chick. Trying to get er done from good ole canada. Say hi!!
I run, strength train, want to try yoga, love insanity by Shaun T.

    I loved insanity as well.. I enjoy max30 though since it's only 30 minutes lol!! feel free to add me:)
