Move goal- apple watch

So my move goal was a little over 600 when I was fairly active back in September. I could even almost double it some days.
When I restarted my fitness routine I realized that there was no way I was going to hit 600. It really upset and demoralized me. So... I changed my goal. All the way down to 250.
After a week of hitting that I am happy to say I'm bumping myself up to 300. I hope to bump it again next week until I'm back to where I was.
Maybe it's silly- but I truly feel accomplished when I get my rings. My stand rings are less than optimal some days, but I try to make my exercise and move goals always complete.

My husband runs up and down the stairs until he gets his move and exercise goals every day.
