Miltary wives w/ husbands gone at training?

Hello Ladies! Just wondering if there were any other wives out there whose husbands were at AT, courses, schools, deployment, or any other training currently?

I thought I'd form a group for weight loss and emotional support. This can be a place to check-in, vent, and motivate for an extra push.

My husband is in the Navy, but currently stationed with the MC and is at AT at Camp Lejeune until the end of July. I'm hoping to increase my weightloss to 15 pounds by the time he returns.

    hello! my hubby is in the army national guard (after years of active duty) and he is leaving for just a month of training starting next week. i'm hoping to get to my goal weight by the time he returns! :)

    Another goal of mine is to workout EVERYDAY for the next two weeks.

    Anyone else dealing with super hot temperatures?

    I was still able to get a walk in today though!
