Motivation.

What motivates me is getting healthy enough to be able to walk without the use of my quad cane.
My walking ability is not 100% due to spinal stenosis which causes me great pain in my spine at a point in my spine between my shoulder's.
Only recently I have been able to increase my walking duration on a treadmill at my local Planet Fitness.
My maximum speed is 1.5 MPH, anymore than that causes my spine to begin to ache as it feels like my vertebrae feel and sound like they are grinding together(and they probably are).
Another reason for staying as healthy as possible is the reason that I have a life on this world that I have to care for. When this life that I currently care for ends and I am no longer having to needed to continue the care that I am now doing, I see no reason to remain here. I sure look forward to taking a very long, long rest.

I wish you all the luck in your health goals!
I, too, have spinal stenosis. I was diagnosed two years ago at the age of 22. It's definitely life altering because of the pain but we can push through!
