Hoping for success

Hi all! I'm on the newer side to this app, but it seems like a great way to track macros. I have been putting my efforts in to tone my muscles for the last 6 months and feel like I haven't gotten far.. I thought I was eating healthy and enough protein with not as many carbs but maybe I was wrong. I'm hoping this app can really help me to keep track of my nutrient intake better, because I have the working out part down. I'm hoping to find success soon!
