Hello all,

My name is James and I've been around a little while, mainly lurking and not posting much but I could use some friends who are motivated and supportive.

I am 40 years old and around 320lbs. This is heaviest I have ever but I am confident I can get to my goals. I lost 80+ pounds between 2012 and 2013; however, I was diagnosed with follicular b-cell non-Hodgkins lymphoma in 2014. I finished my treatment (radiation) this past summer and I am just now really starting to feel like myself, both physically and mentally. And now, I am ready to get this weight off! So, if you would like to join me on the quest to get healthy please feel free to send me a friend request.
