what do u eat at night...instead of junk food? do u eat after 8pm?

I eat a MCd happy meal, which makes me happy. I never heard of junk food1

I eat dinner at 8/830. Dessert about 930...0

Meal timing is irrelevant. Given my working hours and other commitments, I'd go to bed without dinner 3/4 nights a week if I didn't eat after 8pm.0

If it's after 10pm I'll have a cup of hot tea. If it's after 8ish I usually cut up an apple or cucumber and put lime, salt and hot sauce on it.0

Hot tea for me. I can't eat for a couple hours before bed unless I want horrible reflux1

If I eat after 8:30-9pm, it will only be something like a stick of string cheese or some fruit. I have been terrible about eating way too late at night in the past, and it is my biggest trigger for overeating so I have to proceed with caution and double up on the water...lol.1

I've been trying to avoid eating after 9. When I snack during night hours, I can't stop.1

Air popped popcorn, sprayed lightly with calorie free, canola oil cooking spray and sprinkled with kettle corn flavored seasoning ( 20 cal/tsp)
Can have a HUGE bowl for about 50-75 total calories.
Filling, satisfying and easily fits into the daily planner.7 -

I always save room for a sweet snack a couple of hours after dinner. It might be 300 calories worth of ice cream or just a 60 calorie Outshine bar, depending on what else I ate that day. But knowing I have that treat to look forward to makes me very happy.1

I'll usually just have water or i'll distract myself from getting hungry. Now...after 30 days...it's not so bad.0

Today is a maintenance day. I plan on having a few Hostess hot cocoa donuts.
For the second fast day tomorrow, I plan on having a little homemade Skyr and sugar free jello.0 -

2 black bean burritos and a caramel empanada. Woke up this morning and took a shot of ACV. All systems go baby.

I budget about 300 calories for the Snack category, and I plan to have all my snacks between dinner and bedtime.
Today my snacks are going to be 100 calories of prunes, less than 100 calories of a peach, and 130 calories of fruit cake. I do this because I learned that I like to eat in the evenings, so I plan to be able to.1 -
I don't limit my eating times, no need to unless eating late keeps you awake/gives you indigestion.
For snacks, last night I had some smoked gouda cheese wrapped in canadian bacon and pistachios. It was so yummy.
Boiled eggs, greek yogurt, nuts, cheese/meat, apple/peanut butter, fruit, veggies/hummus, protein shakes are my snack go to's0 -

I've learned that for someone reason I forget what portion control is after supper and so I just have a late supper so I don't feel inclined to stuff my face at night0
