I went out with family to a pizzeria and I ended up eating 3x garlic bread and 1 hawaiin slice of pizza and have nooo idea how much I ate in calories. It was thin crusted.
I tried to log best I could and came up with bout 700 calories.
Need to exercise it all away how long should I do a workout for?

Well, if it was 700 calories ...
To burn 700 calories walking, that's a 3.5 hour walk (200 cal/hour)
To burn 700 calories cycling, that's a 35 km ride ... however long that takes you.
To burn 700 calories climbing stairs, that's 117 flights.
Your choice!
But why do you need to exercise it ALL away? You do need some calories to live.2 -

Considering the time of day 8pm.... I don't have time to do any of that now..
Gonna have to make do with a banana for dinner
I'll remember your tips for next time
And work out hard tomorrow!
Just not knowing exactly how many calories was in that meal makes me worried I have gone over0 -
You're being too hard on yourself weight management is based on averages over a period of time not just 1 single meal3

You're worrying too much. Life happens sometimes. Search "Hawaiian pizza" and put something in. Search "garlic bread" and put something in. If you're over don't stress or punish yourself, or starve yourself at dinner . These are traits of people who aren't in it for the long haul.
Obviously you don't want to do this regularly but one meal isn't a big deal. Just for context we took our kids to a waterslide park/hotel on Thursday. There were very few food choices. In 24 hours I ate a Dunkin Donuts breakfast, 4 slices of pizza, a giant burger, and a piece of fudge. I worked out in the morning. What a great day! Yesterday I got home and resumed my normal meals and didn't look back. The world didn't end and I didn't gain an ounce.
Keep the long view and you'll be OK!5 -

Sounds delicious! My kids didn't eat all their food so there are leftovers staring at me.
I've usually been one to allow a small indulgence and it turns into too much so until I can learn to control how much and stay faithful I try not to eat the foods I'm weak with. Thank you though it was nice to get some encouraging0 -

I think the most important thing is to log EVERYTHING no matter how bad it looks. It helps keep me honest and accountable. I'm also a believer in making my diary public although that isn't for everyone.1 -
Why do you need to exercise it all off?0

Its more like 1000 calories..lol.. Your brain burns 200-250 calories just firing off neutrons and you more than likely burn 70-100 calories every hour of everyday just breathing so take it easy on yourself0

This is the type of thoughts that can develop in a binge/purge related mental illnesses or bulimia. Instead, restrict over a longer period of time instead of trying to exercise it all off in one day. Think 2 steps forward... one step back. Just, try to improve that to 3 steps forward, and so on. You will learn from this, its an adjustment, it takes time.
Only 700 calories over your limit for the day is not terrible! Its 0.2 lbs. You can create a deficit of 700 easily in 2-3 days.1
