I have a question, are the Nestea Singles, considered part of the 8 glass/day water count?:drinker:

One rule of thumb I use is that it goes in one color and comes out another, your body is having to process it so it's not water.0

My doctor tells me that water coffee crystal light is counted as water. So that's what I go buy.0

If I pour water and add ANYTHING to it.. It's still water! I hope you also count any calories that might be added!
When I make a salad I count everything that goes into it. Same for water.but you do whats best for you.

If it has chemicals added I don't count it. Crystal Light, Nestea, etc are diet soda sans CO2.0

If they are caffeinated, I would say no.0

If its a diuretic for you then I would say no. If not then yes.0
