Hi everyone, I'll keep it short and sweet. My before pic at 179.6 lbs, and then one taken on Thurs 14th July, almost 29 lbs down at 151 lbs :) Hope it works...

    Oh wow thank you all for the kind comments!!! I really feel proud now! I meant to say that the before pic was taken on 15th April this year. I just wanna keep getting healthier and slimmer now! :-) x
