Ready to start leaning out

Hi guys, have been away from my fitness pal for a few months, just really been concentrating on my workouts as I have been on a cal surplus. Really looking for some support with my cutting faze as I really do struggle with this as I know a lot of people do. Please add me so we can share tips and offer support with nutrition,meal ideas, and work out plans.

    1) Calorie deficit
    2) Well structured progressive lifting plan
    3) Eat whatever you want to fit your calories
    4) 0.6g of protein per pound of body weight
