On Wednesday I turned 21 so had a week off the calorie counting and a whole lot of yummy food and cake! Also went to Rome the week before so need to get back on track!
Finally feeling normal still a tad delicate but tomorrow I am going to get back on track... lots of exercise, healthy eating and lots of smiling :)

    It was my friends wedding yesterday - a hindu ceremony.. as much food and drink as i could eat, the most amazing curries etc so lets just say the calorie counting went completley out the window! I think its important to have the odd time where you have cheat days because otherwise you will feel restricted and it will only have negative effects.

    Anyway, goodluck getting back into it, and happy 21st!
