Beginning to lose weight and need some support

Hi all,

I live in the beautiful countryside and walking and cycling is no problem but its my food choices that are my letdown. Was a community carer for so long so walked miles every day. food i ate was maintained with my exercise. Since changing my job i havent changed my eating habits and my weight has crept up over the last year to 15 stone.

Any advise on the best foods to eat or exercises to do would be fantastic.
