I am starting back logging tomorrow with open diary and like to get ideas from other people diaries too.

I'm set at 1200 cal but do follow hunger/energy cues particularly on heavier exercise days so I eat usually between 1100-1400.

I added a few of you. Would love to be friends with anyone who is interested! I've been consistent with MFP for a year now and am at just over 20 lbs lost. It was a bit more but the holidays were tough this year and I gained a bit. I still have aways to go to get to even my first goal let alone my stretch goals!0
