does anyone know any great dinner recipes? I've been on my diet for almost a week and I want something tasty and filling but still healthy. I understand that sometimes that's a hard combination to accomplish. i'm willing to try anything:)

My favourite thing to do is look at my favourite comfort foods like hearty and wholesome foods, pub grub, etc and I try to find a way of preparing it at home that makes it healthy. We eat things like Egg, chips and beans, Sausages and Mash, Chicken and Vegetables, Italian Chicken Pasta, Chicken and Bacon Pasta, Spaghetti Bolognese, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Quesadillas, Frittata, Wrap-Base Pizza and Chips, Lasagne, Chicken or Steak pies, BBQ Chicken and Rice, Tacos, Baked Potatoes and Cooked Dinners. All these things can be made under 500 calories and are hearty, filling, healthy and cheap. I hope that this gives you some ideas

Spaghetti squash! Super easy to cook, you can throw any sauce, veggies and meat into it and it's pretty filling too.

Enchiladas! You can stuff them with anything and they take 2 seconds to throw together. Add refried beans and the fiber may help with that full filling. Use foil and there's almost no clean up.
