This sounds like biggest loser workouts, well not really its just 2 lbs a week if you are starting today . It means FOCUS.

I was sick this week, so workouts went out the window. I think I only lost weight because I didn't eat much..... But I'll take it! Ready to get into beast mode this week.

I am so encouraged by reading the comments on this thread. And I applaud your efforts. My weight can fluctuate by 4 or 5 pounds due to water retention. I will not get discouraged if I don't lose weight during any one week. It's the downward trend that I like to see on my progress report on MyFitnessPal. I've lost 24 pounds in the last year going up and down but I keep persisting. I always say that persistence is 99% of reaching your goal!5

I haven't started working out much. I am more focused on limiting eating (more healthy), no alcohol, and getting my 10,000 steps in every day.2 -
