Sooo I'm having a hard time losing the last 15 lbs! I started my weight loss journey after my second child at 186 and I'm now 140! I want to get down to 125, which is in my healthy range. I'm happy with where I'm at but I still want to lose 15 lbs. Nothing I do seems to work and I don't want to starve. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much!

How tall are you? You look taller than me and I'd love to be 140. You look fantastic...to be hoe st even in your before pic your weight is in "good" places. I don't have any advice as I also want to lose another 15lbs but just wanted to say well done because you look great!

What are your stats? (Height, weight, etc)

Are you weighing everything you eat to be sure you're logging correctly? Have you let MyFitnessPal recalculate your goals since the weight loss? Do you eat back exercise calories, and if so, how many?

Amazing job on your weight loss!

If you really want to do it, keep at it and take it slow with very small calorie deficits. If you aren't weighing your food, start doing that. Like you, once I hit 140 I had a really hard time losing and weighing my food became really critical to making sure I was staying within my goals (I was already weighing most food but I got even more meticulous when my weight loss stalled). I eventually got down to 131, and now I'm back up to 135 after the holidays. I'm still 10 lbs from 125, which is where I want to be, and considering how long it took me to get to 131 from 140, I anticipate that if I stick with it, I'll see 125 by about June. Losing 15lbs for someone of our weight is a lot different and takes much longer than someone at 200 lbs.

Long story short - keep at it! You can do it, just remember how small your deficit is going to be on any given day and any given week. It will take a while, but it will happen.
