Since my college athletic days, I have been letting myself slowly go to a weighti do not want to get at. I have had my Fitbit and this app for a while, but have not been as effective as I want to be. This is my first post and am willing to be held accountable. Thank you everyone, let's do this. I am looking to lose 40lbs and need to get back into shape.

I will help keep you accountable but you have to provide the motivation from within if you really want to change. If you are in feel free to send a friend request.

Hey Basky! I have the same story. Used to be a athlete abs lost my way. Started my journey last January and lost 75lbs in 2016. Stalled a bit at the end of the year and fell off for a while but I'm back trying to drop the last 55lbs. Welcome and let's do this!
