I did my elliptical, had 32oz water so far, and a nice breakfast. Pre-logged and measured my lunch. Heating pad on back right now. We had a tree fall into our house yesterday. So I have some unlogged "Paul Bunyun" tree choppin fun with husband from that yesterday. And a extra sore back. Oh did a little stairs today too. Not much to log thou. And dreaming about my next trip to the rink, later this week.

Drank lemon water first thing this morning .. before coffee, went to gym, logged all of my food and choked down some apple cider vinegar.1

Thanks for the reminder.... I will try to choke down some too. My husband makes this concoption with lemon, tumeric, cayenne & honey. Is there that vinegar in it too? Idk... Sometimes, I choke down some of his.0 -

I'm trying to finish 269 pages left in this novel i'm reading and then i'll be going to the gym later tonight, after dinner. It's back/bicep day!3

I have 1 tumeric supplement per day. Although my hubs swears I should put a big heaping tsp in hot tea. Like the tea he makes. That it would absorb in my body better. He also puts ground ginger & cayenne. But I kinda swear by tumeric period. I haven't been sick in like 6 years or so.
@Cutaway_Collar We cook with it alot too.
I'm going to have him make me some tonight, and get me trained.to make it myself. Thats one other thing I'm doing today.0 -

I exercised today, twice. I am getting ready to take out the garbage, I guess taking the garbage out to the curb makes me have less garbage near me..1 -

My Armenian grandmother used to make us the most heavenly Lentil Soup. That sounds delish @Cutaway_Collar Now I want lentils.0 -

Finishing the backsplash in the kitchen....hanging out with the hubs, who is on a weeks vacation... possibly having an impromptu date night later....

Finishing the backsplash wont make my butt any nicer, but will bring me closer to putting my house on the market! That's my goal for January and February1
