If I know that I have had a poor week, is it ok to exercise more a few days and not eat those calories?
(I should mention that I am on 1200 Net a week)

Those days are in the past, it's best not to try to yo-yo your body and mess with your metabolism - you should always net at least 1200.0

I cannot answer your question scientifically = but I always thought that if I am weighing in weekly, then my exercise / calorie intake was based on a weekly basis, and have been working on that mentality for a while now. But not sure if it's the 'best' (healthiest) solution.....0

Never eat under 1200 cals, as you put your body at risk of going into starvation mode, which will make your body hold onto the weight.0
