I hope tomorrow is an better day, today I was like in a deep depression and a weird funk. I feel total drained and I don't want to get up and move or exercise. Since I'm in this mood all i crave unhealthy food when I want to eat. I hope tomorrow is better, Monday is a better and fresh start. uggh I also feel like i need to cry for some reason.

    Everyone has an off day where they just don't feel like it ( meaning anything). Just push through and remember tomorrow is a new day! You can do it, just don't quit....

    It happens. I'm in a funk too right now, and being on the computer isn't helping.Tomorrow is a new day, but you know what? Today isn't over yet. I have these days often, and I sit on my bed all depressed and it takes everything I have to get up and do something. But once I get up, I'll put on some clothes (I mean, that I can wear outside. I wasn't sitting w/o clothes on), do my makeup, and go outside and smell some fresh air, even if it is just for a walk around the block or something. Just putting on makeup and making myself feel presentable makes me feel a bit better. I'll get up and out right now if you do too!
