    I have so many, I usually just turn my t.v. to the music stations (I have directv), so they have music channels in the 800's so usually 90's hip hop and R&B. I absoultly love it.

    I bet that was awesome.

    The song "The gauntlet" by Dropkick Murphys is probablly my favorite workout song.
    Plus I get to see them in 3 weeks.

    "Juicy" by Better than Ezra is a great warm up song. Upbeat and fun, a great way to start a cardio session.

    I love love love this one; have it on my iPod and am thinking I need to have a quick listen to get the day moving, AGAIN!
