I've done this before and it really helped to keep me motivated! I was able to get to within 5lbs of goal when Charleston summer hit

Successes/struggles this week: I completed all 4 of my workouts this week! Had a major sugar craving over the weekend, though, that wasn't great.2 -
I'm late and just seeing this now, but would like to jump on the bandwagon. I gained 11 lbs over the holidays, mainly from having a surgery and then lying around eating carbs and sugar. Gonna do LCHF and move a bit more and see if I can get it off by the end of the month.

Weight -/+ this week: up 5lbs...last week I was 176, so I'm hoping dropping the first 5 won't be too difficult.
Struggles this week: Getting motivated, staying within my calorie range (stress snacking is killer cuz I'm not remotely hungry!), getting in more water and moving more. These are my current struggles and will be my focus for the next few weeks. Before the surgery, I had been working out regularly, logging my food and had dropped 16 lbs in 2 months, so right now I need to get back on track.

As you can see I lost a lot of weight in the first week. I've been eating very healthily (haven't cheated once) but I think part of it will be water weight and I had gained some pounds during Christmas, so I always notice that that comes of twice as quickly again.4 -

Only started my diet on the Wednesday (back to work that day) so I've been back on track for exactly one week tomorrow! Success. Also managed to stick to 10k steps yesterday, time for day two.
Struggle: Had 1/4 of a pizza crunch (deep fried pizza: Scottish haha!) at lunch today because somebody didn't finish it.. Now only have 40 calories spare after dinner. Might not manage to keep under target calories! Also going out for dinner for my boyfriends sisters 21st tomorrow so that'll be another day off plan.3 -
