Exercises in the home?...

I suffer with social anxiety so working out a gym is a long way off for me. I'm looking for some exercise routines I can do in the comfort of my own home. I have an exercise bike, punch bag, dumbells with weight up to 25kg, a 8kg Kettlebell and a 16kg Kettlebell. I have bad knees so can't squat either.
I've been reading up on "HIIT?" and wondered if that could work for me? I'm 26 years old, 350lbs, 6ft4 and just sick of life now and ready to turn it around.

Bodybuilding.com has some great routines. You can also hire a personal trainer to create a routine just for you....check on web or call a local gym! You can do this! I love working out at home!1

fitnessblender (either via their website or search on YouTube) have a mass of home based workouts. Some are HIIT, others steady state cardio and others strength based. You can add on their warm up/cool down routines to make a great home work out.1
