New to group

Hi,
I have been a member for years but come and go with it a lot. This year I am determined to stick with it. I've been on here everyday for a week and thats progress. I am an emotional eater. I get stressed out a lot and the first thing I run to is food. I am hoping that all the water intake I am doing will help me to feel full and not want to eat. I am trying to stay positive about this! I would love to have a friend base to keep me going too. The worst thing I am afraid of is getting bored with meals and eventually caving into old habits. If you have any great recipes I would love to hear them as well. I have 50+ pounds to go and want to keep on the right track.

diazhorvath I draw more to chicken then anything. I do like ground turkey, salmon and tuna fish too.0
