Do Jillian Michaels in shoes. I feel like I personally get a better workout in shoes.2

The ones I've seen are like toeless socks with grippy things in the bottom. I never had too much trouble before, but I got a new mat and it seems like I'm sliding all the time now. Can't tell if they'd stay in place or be even worse.0 -
Woah toe less socks!?!?!? I need to totally look into those!!! I'm in!!!0

I'm with youuuu! Barefoot it up!!1 -
Wow, and I thought I was the only barefoot one out there. Hello all! lol1

Barefoot!
Except I work out in my unheated basement and have been getting chilblains on my tootsies this winter. Very sad.1 -
For P90 or Insanity, usually barefoot but it depends the floor and how good that traction is. I prefer barefoot though. Unless I'm running outside, then I like shoes.1

For my at home videos, barefoot. If I do the treadmill, I put on socks and shoes. If I do my videos at my mom's apt, then I wear sock and shoes, go figure! If I do my rebounder, I can go barefoot or with shoes. I tend to get sore feet when doing rebounder barefoot, but it helps strengthen the feet.1

Ha! I'm the boring one then! I do cardio and even weight lifting in shoes.
My big toes are sore, shoes protect my toes and reduce shock.1 -
Shoes. A pair that's just for inside.... I actually need a new pair, just noticed the wear on them.
Current program is Core De Force
Yoga and a few other things I may go barefoot1 -
Lifting for me. Initial sets are done barefoot, but the reps that count are done in Chucks (flamed high-top Chucks...)2
-
Barefoot, I though I would be the only one! That maybe I was setting myself up for an injury but it just feels better.0

Depends, if there is a lot of jumping I will put on shoes, otherwise just socks.
But my floors are hard in the basement so jumping hurts on it!1 -

I use the 'grippy socks' to walk around the house... wood floors + socks = disaster! I use them for yoga too (on carpet) and they do a great job. Would suggest that if you're in between sizes you get the smaller pair.
I've got a few pairs of the kids Gaiam ones they sell at target - they look like regular socks with the sticky pattern on the bottom - I don't really care for the 'toed' socks.
ETA: I lift in the garage barefoot and run outside / PT inside in shoes.1 -
I started exercising barefoot about four years ago. I haven't worn shoes since then. Hillbilly fitness rocks!2

Always shoes0
-
Barefoot, unless I'm running outside Really though, if I could find an excuse to always be barefoot, I'd be a happy camper.1
-
Yoga or cardio DVDs in Vibram 5 finger shoes, but lifting in my retired running shoes.0
-
Barefoot. I don't like shoes on in the house and socks are for when I'm being cozy.0
