    Hi June I'm Vada from Pittsburgh PA. Been on diets for the past forever finally got it down to a life style change. when I think of diet I think of giving up things i love like chips. So i am slowly learning how to eat everything in moderation or not have it in my house at all. it is hard but in the end it will be worth it. Good luck to you and feel free to add me if you are looking for friends. I have about 30 more pounds to lose!!!
