Last February I joined MFP and lost 25lbs!!! I was doing zumba, JM 30DS, and running. I felt awesome! I was trying to lose weight for a wedding I was in June...

Well, the wedding came and went. Since I had nothing to work for I have slowly put back on 10lbs--- what a bummer!

Anyways, I'm back and ready to rock N roll!

I would appreciate some additional support/accountability--- please add me if you have some similar goals! (no beachbody coaches, thanks)

My goals are:
*Drink 8 glasses of water
*Work out 6 days a week
*Stay under cals/eat exercise cals

    the accountability of MFP alone helps me! the idea of 'writing your goals' is made simple when the hard work has been done for you! Keep fitness and a healthy lifestyle at the front of your mind and it will be easier than you think! You go girl!
