Hi! My name's Tiffany. I'm 30yo.
I will be getting the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy done this coming December. I meet with my dietician next month to get serious about my diet. Have just been winging it, set a goal for right now of 1940 calories/day & I just started recording today.
Would LOVE to talk to people going through the same thing!
