Im gonna rant here for just a min. But for all you guys and maybe girls who just wanna get big lemme hear from you! You want people to notice you when you walk into a room, you command respect by your mere presence. People gawk at the dedication and determination you have put into your body. They may not "like" what they see, they make think it looks ugly but you LOVE IT! You've sculpted something from nothing, this physique you carry around proudly daily. Who feels the same, who is already there, who wants to get there. Be proud and never allow ANYONE to out work us at the gym!
