Can someone remind me of the fat-loss shows that are one TV please? The only one's I know of are The Biggest Loser, and The Extreme Makeover show, that I know of. Are there any other shows like that? I just wanna know what I'm missing, I want to stay constantly motivated. Thanks.

Heavy is a great show that comes on A &E, I believe. The new episodes haven't come on yet.

Earlier in the year, I watched Heavy on A&E. I hope they bring it back for another season. There used to be another guy who would help people lose weight.... something along the lines of "I want to save your life" I dont know if it comes on anymore but I really liked that one.

There are some other ones bulding brides, last 10 pounds boot camp, x-weighted, plus there are ones that are live shows like nation on a diet or community on a diet..something like that. Hope it helps!!!

    A&E has the series "Heavy" - http://www.aetv.com/heavy/

Oxygen has "Dance Your *kitten* Off" - http://dyao.oxygen.com/

This Huffington Post article lists several others - http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/05/30/are-weight-loss-shows-eve_n_868729.html . It lists "I Used to Be Fat" (MTV), "Love Handles" (Lifetime), "One Big Happy Family" (Discovery), "Ruby" (Style Network), "Shedding for the Wedding" (CW). There might be others, but that's what I found from skimming.
  • There used to be that show, Ruby, about a woman's struggle to lose weight. It was a reality show with her and her friends/family. Bravo channel maybe?

There's also a show called "Supersize vs Superskinny." You can watch episodes on YouTube.

Also I think someone mentioned the show "I Used To Be Fat" on MTV. That's a good show too!
