Brown rice?

So I'm curious, which is the proper way to measure brown rice? Dry or when it's cooked? Because when it's cooked it expandes and is more than the dry amount. Thanks.

    Dry. Adding water doesn't add calories.

    There are entries for both dry and cooked in the database, just make sure you're using the correct one. The package should hopefully specify whether the nutrition information is for dry or cooked.
