First day and I feel good I am logging all my food and trying to add more steps to my day. This is A life change for me but I feel good about it and feel I am ready.

    Logging every food is important, try 5-6 small meals I lost 40lbs and have been eating like that for 3 yrs now with no return weight gain. I purchased 10-1/2 cup Rubbermaid containers and literally use these measured out for almost everything and even 1/2 my protein bars. I noted that just eating something no matter how small takes the hunger away.
